The Glow Reserve VIP Membership Program (the "VIP Program") is operated by Doctork ("Doctork", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to anyone ("you" or "member") who enrolls in the VIP Program at checkout. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. Continuing membership after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to join the VIP Program. We do not offer memberships to minors.
Enrollment & Billing
By joining, you agree to a recurring charge of $29.95 every 30 days, automatic renewal until you cancel, and all membership terms displayed at checkout. You can cancel anytime by emailing helpdoctork@outlook.com or calling (616) 371-5350.

Cancellation
You may cancel anytime via email, phone, reply to order email, or our cancellation page. Cancellations are processed immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
