Membership Cancellation

You can cancel your Glow Reserve VIP Membership at any time. There are several ways to cancel:

• Email us at helpdoctork@outlook.com with your order number.
• Call us at (616) 371-5350 during business hours (9am – 5pm CST, Monday – Saturday).
• Reply to any order confirmation email you've received from us.
• Fill out the contact form on our Contact page.

Cancellations are processed immediately. You will not be charged on the next billing cycle after cancellation.

Refunds: Any membership charge within the last 30 days can be refunded on request, no questions asked.
